The prize draw is open to teachers and educators only. Those who do not identify themselves as a teacher or educator in the survey will not be entered into the prize draw.
To enter the prize draw you must complete the Rebooting Education 2023 survey. No purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions of the same survey or from the same person will not result in additional entries into the prize draw.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the promoter.
The closing date for the prize draw is the time and date indicated on the survey invitation. Entry to the Prize Draw will be open for the length that the survey is open to entries. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. The prize draw will be made during the week commencing 2nd October 2023.
One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process administered by the promoter and under the supervision of an independent member of the Promoter’s staff. The draw will take place during the week commencing 2nd October 2023.
The winner will be notified by phone on the day of the drawing. If a winner does not respond to the promoter within 90 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Reboot the Future shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
The prize will be sent to the winner via e-mail within 10 days of the winner responding to the promoter indicating that they accept the prize.
The winner will receive a gift voucher for Byway worth £100. This will take the form of a unique code sent to the winner by email. Once the winner has received their code, they can enter their code at checkout at www.byway.travel to subtract the gift card value from their order total once they’ve chosen their holiday.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
The promoter shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry.
In so far as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
Participants in the draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
